Bri Baker

Bri Baker, Copy Editor, Staff Reporter

I’ve been a copy editor for the Smoke Signal for two years, this year will be my third. I’ve loved every second of this experience and every year that I get to work on the newspaper. I’ve been in Journalism throughout my whole high school career! I love to read and write, which I think has blossomed into my love for copy editing. I’m so excited to see everyone grow and learn this year!

Bri’s Book Reviews is a column in the Stafford High School’s newspaper, The Smoke Signal. The goal of this column is to encourage students to become better readers, to broaden their knowledge of different books and to be informed of more resources to read these books. Reading is one of the best forms of entertainment. You just have to find the right story to be the protagonist in, and only then will you realize that reading isn’t just words on a page, it’s an entire new world to immerse yourself in.
