Use a color palette generator, like Coolors.co

Design a palette of five colors for every part of the website and social media. Test them out, and see what works. Make a list of the Hex codes, and build the color guide for everyone to follow.

Comics!

Add a weekly comic strip from someone in an art class. Reach out to an art teacher or student to find an interested party.

Get a few ahead of time, and hold them. Publish them weekly while following up with the artist.

Cover more Indian Sports

Plain and simple, Sports attracts parents. Parents control purse-strings and checkbooks. If we want donations, we need to attract parents.

For example: The recent SHS Football story generated over 400 hits in a few hours. It will continue to generate hits as parents are aware of their students in the images, etc... Ideally, these hits should generate more donations.
